    Witnesses say it was so packed, they couldn't move and could barely breathe. Dozens of ambulances and emergency crews sprawled out.

    U.S military personnel were seen taking up crowd control. A large number of people fell down said this fire official, confirming nearly a third of the victims died in the street.

    The country's president appealed four disaster teams to work quickly to identify the dead.
