[00:22.27]are on the scene. Buffalo Police Dept 
[00:24.98]says the shooter is in custody.
[00:27.40]New York governor Kathy Hochul said 
[00:29.40]she is monitoring the situation 
[00:30.71]and is asking people to avoid the area.
